Now that is frightening. Friend of mine's hand is still swollen from getting a plate and screws in it to fix a metacarpal fracture from door/mill work when a cheap drill bit stopped dead, hand held drill kept turning, whipping around at full speed back in to is hand. Cheap tools scare the hell out of me, worse even than "bargain" car parts or fasteners.
